A quick check of Hyatte's "Info/About" on ICQ shows the following message:

• Links to the RAW and Nitro Mop-Ups are removed from Scoopswrestling.com's News & Results site, and the front page. (The Mop-Ups could still be accessed from CRZ's site however, or if the links remained in your Netscape/IE page history)
• At www.1wrestling.com , Bob Ryder's "Notes From Bob" column for 11/20/99 included the following message at the very end:

"Many of you are aware of the abuse that I receive on some other websites. I've responded in this column to some of those attacks, but more often than not...I just ignore them. This week, though, a major wrestling website (and one of their affiliated sites) went too far. I won't go into details here, but I will say that I have finally been pushed to the point of taking legal action against a rival wrestling site. "

• www.NWWWO.com 's New Delhi Boy posts a message at the bottom of the page cryptically referring to Hyatte's firing (see below). In addition, a MIDI music file of the "Sha-na-na-na, hey hey hey, good-bye" song plays when visiting the page. The page also includes the text "Words Of Wisdom: None provided - you sing along!" Also on the homepage:

According to the Fat Guy with the Lisp over at NWWWWWWO.com, Bob called lawyers, and Hyatte was fired.
